I like the the second "wide" shot of the field of flowers... But that last one is really a pretty flower and a beautiful shot... the watercolor bokeh is really nice.

So what is the flower? And what is the lens?

Thanks Gus.. These are all Dalia's.... There's a local farm that is around 100 acres... I need to go back next summer to get more shots.... Used my new Sigma 70-200... The DOF on this is great.... Cheers JIMBO

Thanks Cupic... I find it interesting because just about every shot has been done with flowers and each shot can still be so different from the next. Thanks for commending... JIMBO

That's a great photo! I like the background - it's like a water colour painting!

Wow, they are all very good. The one from 2nd post is my favorite. A touch of desaturated look sometimes evokes more feelings from viewers.

Nice work Jimbo. I take a lot of flower shots but none of them seem to turn out as well as yours. As we use the same or similar gear Iím forced to conclude Ö. Iím not sure I really want to finish this thought. Seriously Jimbo you excell at this type of subject.

Don't worry Tom,, I take a lot of poor ones too. I find with flowers, lighting is everything. I get lucky sometimes... Thank you for commenting. JIMBO
