I like it. All those different surfaces..grassy hillock...graveled surface...interspersed with sandy surfaces...surf...water...dark, unpredictable skies...all taken at a low and wide angle. Appeals to me, lots to look at...

I've come back a few times to look at it, which to me is sign of a picture that pulls you in. Exceptional composition. I would frame it, if it were mine.

As an aside, I find sometimes that when walking along I'll come across a scene that is very attractive and then I'll work away trying to capture that scene on 'film' as it were... what I saw that was the initial appeal. I have found over the years that this is not always an easy thing to do.

We had some very nice dunes until the storm before last, they are alive and constantly changing with wind and tide, take the same shot tomorrow and it could be different again.

I do like the B&W medium though, probably because it was all we could afford when we were young. Nice shot.
