not quite sure how you did it... but you did it!

How it was done was this, I had a incorrectly burnt Blu-ray disc which is Black on the writing side and with an eyedropper added a few drops of water to the writing surface of the disc, From there jusy a matter of shooting the drops of water, cropping then processing in Photoshop CS6.

I've done something similar with a cd/dvd using dish soap. This combination makes color bubbles.

Yes you get a myriad of colours from the soap, the colour in this shot comes straight from the Disc
