..you'll be blinded and risk running off the road :-). taken in northern central Tasmania, not far from Cradle Mountain, on the access road to a dam whose name I can't remember

Definitely an appropriate title looking at the angle of the sun. Nice photo.

Thank you. That part of Tasmania certainly has unlimited photo opportunities. i'd never visited before, and was there for work. I had four hours to do a three hour trip back from the West Coast to Launceston, my point of departure. Google Maps told me the best route was via the general vicinity of Cradle Mountain, an iconic Tassie destination, so I stopped a few times for quick shots.

Thanks, the lighting was a challenge. After several attempts, I ended up more or less exposing for the brightest part, then recovering the shadows in Lightroom.

I can picture myself driving down this road, bracing for blast of sunlight in my eyes while hearing my wife talk about the lovely scenery I'm missing.
