A Spikey Plant Abstract
Lens: A 50mm f1.7 Camera: K-3 II Photo Location: Granite Bay, CA ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/80s Aperture: F1.7

I have no idea what you are all going to think about this one but this is my experimental attempt of a spikey plant in my backyard wide open at f1.7. To me it is all about the background which has a watercolor painting effect that I really like.

I think it is a very nice shot. You have achieved the watercolour effect brilliantly
