The annual Wickenburg Fly-in and Car Show was this morning. Weather was terrible, there was no fly-in to speak of. I was able to buy a T-shirt and take 16 images before the sky opened up.

These photos are nice, but if you'd used a K-1 with a modern WR lens, you could have continued to take photos even during the rain.

True, but apparently these cars dissolve in water. When the first drops fell, everyone was firing up and leaving! Maybe they shrink when they get wet I would have been standing in the rain in an empty, wet parking lot.

Excellent photos. Sharp looking 1960 El Camino, curious about the powertrain ?

Great job on the Hudson badge and that Hudson Twin H engine. Also like the angle you took of the old Ford Flathead V8. You have a good eye for photographing vintage vehicles.

Thank you! They say you should photograph what you love. For me that's cars and airplanes. Thanks for viewing.

Me too. Vintage vehicles are my favourite things to photograph, particularly cars from the '30's to the late '60's.
