It's the only way to remove salty sea spray apparently.

I watched a lady "lick" her lens before she wiped it off with her shirt!!

Well you must of been standing on the other side of her then and I guess got pretty wet yourself... as I never saw her turn around.

Wow. Sweaty shirt + salt + sand. That combination is going to produce great results. Can be even improved by applying a lot of pressure.

Absolutely... use on the bestest glass only technique.

Y'know Kerrowdown, I follow your photos of people in , how can I say this...'awkward' moments.

I think if you were somehow transported back in a time machine.... to say the 1900's to 1930's on British beaches....you could of made an excellent income with your 'seaside photos'.

I can see you know....handlebar moustache....large format camera...on a tripod....black cloth covering your head, while you attend to the business of candid beach photography....

Please keep them coming, I always look forward to your latest catch.
