I had to take a quick trip today for work, to Lafayette, IN. An easy 2-1/2hr drive.
On the way down I saw a sign for a historical bridge, and thought I'd stop. So, on the way back home, I decided to take a quick detour to see the bridge. An old (1897-1898) single lane Pratt truss bridge. Reminded me of some of my Civil Engineering homework.
I took a couple shots from the road, then spotted a little trail that led me down to the creek. Steel-toe boots are not the best waders, so I stayed up along the bank.
Thanks
