I took this at around 8pm the night before Hurricane Ike hit. You could definitely feel the wind picking up. Ike made landfall around 4 hours later. I felt the full effects in Houston between 2-5am. Anyways, I kinda like how this picture turned out. I was thinking about cropping more of the top out. No PP, only converted to JPG through CS3 and cropped.
