This building was constructed in 1870-1871 years. In Saint Petersburg. The next building (with the close style architecture)

is day-time hospital now and still works.
The hospital was financed by Alexander III Emperor of Russia.
This mental hospital is one of the oldest in Russia (the oldest one was founded in Moscow in 1792)
and one of the biggest in modern Russia.
It has old (1900-1904) and new stone buildings.
