I caught a co-worker sitting at her desk and totally unprepared for this. Didn't quite nail the focus on the first one (trying to get the right eye). Teh 2nd one is better although I probably should've focused on the left eye...

Taken with the Soviet made Industar-61 50mm/F2.8, wide open at F2.8. The lens is a little soft wide open anyway, making it a great for portraits.

I really like the first one. I love those old lenses for uptight portraits... a tad soft and a little softer on the edges, just right for intight...

Actually, she a friend of ours who's been over to the house a few times. She even house sits and cares for the cat when we go away. She's also a biker, so I've been trying to hook up a shoot with her and her bike and may do something similar for the group of ladies she rides with....
