Lens: SMC Pentax-A 100mm F2.8 Macro Camera: Pentax KP Photo Location: Old hortus Utrecht (NL) ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/6s Aperture: F8
Posted By: Ennimol, 11-21-2018, 06:27 AM

Just by coincidence, when I was visiting the old 'hortus' in Utrecht to see the Victoria amazonica flower - which is a rare occasion in itself to witness this - I saw this small withering bougainvillea petal floating on the dusty water surface ... The EXIF file is NOT correct, I forgot to change the focal length to 100mm when using the SMC Pentax-A 100mm F2.8 Macrom F2

Simple beauty; wonderful shot and well balanced. This needs to be on a wall to be enjoyed by many.
