Went camping in Death Valley National Park the other weekend. I got a few decent landscapes that I thought I'd share.

Great shots! The last one with the dunes is really outstanding with the lighting.

Nice pictures, especially the dune one.

I love Death Valley. It's one of my favorite National Parks of all time. Sometimes I even think that it's more amazing than Yosemite! It's one of those "you have to pay attention to the small things" kind of park. People would be blown away at the amount of life & ecosystems in the park if they were to stop & take a look.

Not too far off is the Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge. People get completely blown away when they find out that right smack dab in the middle of the arid desert exists a place that is flowing with springs & wildlife. Devil's Hole is located in this area.

Thanks everyone! The generally mediocre reviews of the 170-500mm non-DG had me worried, but I'm happy with how the shot turned out.
