This is at a small highway rest area with picnic tables and a short trail to the falls.

Thanks for the nice comments! I've always really liked the wispy, cotton candy, look but it's also often overused and overdone so I try to do it sparingly. I thought it worked well in this case.

Thank you! I read somewhere that a shutter speed of about 1/30 of a second makes a water fall look natural. Close to what we see with out eyes which is what I was aiming for here.
