Just tested Irix ND1000 filter
Lens: 16-85mm

My comparison is against the Haida which I already had. Unscientific first opinion is that the Irix retains image detail a bit better and has even less of a colorcast than the Haida which already was quite good to begin with. Exposures were somwhere between 20 seconds and a minute as I didn't want to close the aperture down too much to get into diffraction trouble.
