X 2. It would be interesting to see this photograph in B+W. It might increase the gritty factor, given that your objective is the 'homeless' issue. I would suggest the model wear a well worn, woollen hat ...something to cover her head...old baseball cap, etc. Her hair is too well maintained and too well cut for the homeless theme.

But other than that I think this is an excellent thematic photo....lighting, composition, the way the person is standing. Well done. You have put a lot of thought into this picture.

in this case, in my humble opinion, the black&white version doesn't really add anything to the original, which was a well crafted image in the first place... I actually like the blues of the color capture, in setting the mood!

I prefer the B+W version, although both photos are exceptional.
