New Years Day at Loch Katrine

We're overnighting in our motorhome beside Loch Katrine in Scotland and did a cruise on the Sir Walter Scott steamship earlier. As the sun went down I wandered out with the tripod to get a night shot of the ship:

Lovely photo and thanks for posting. I was born & brought up just a few minutes from Loch Katrine and nowadays I travel there as often as I can to cycle round it or take photographs or both! Never tried a night shot though so thanks for that.

Thanks.

We're overnighting there in our motorhome (they have specific motorhome facilities there) so it was easy to nip out and take some night shots as I didn't have to lug the tripod too far.

Very attractive scene. I always love reflections, especially off water.
