These are outstanding!! They all have something that makes them special. If only I could get shots like that.

Love the little guy, the first one, but can't figure out what it is?

The Mandarin duck, now that is some awesome colors on that there duck, and so pristine in the feather details.

The Kestrel, with a little faster shutter speed would have gotten more in focus but heck a shot of that bird and in flight, is better than the one I got which is none, I don't have those birds where I live. Good job!

The swan, you don't say in your flickr which swan it is, but who cares. Another great shot. Thanks for sharing your best of 2018 with me.

Just so you know, I've followed you on flickr, so I can look at more of your great shots

Thanks for your comments. The photos resulted from a lot of luck and persistence. Still so much to improve to achieve consistently good results.
