That's a tough capture. Would have stretched the capabilities of that lens. Well done with this result and thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm using a focus trap manual focus. I study the habits then set the camera at a desired spot in the yard and wait for the bird to enter the frame. Manual focus brings ALL lenses into play to include classic revered vintage lenses. Also allows the me to see the true resolving quality of both camera and lens when an in focus capture is obtained. This lens is incapable of fast af, so I'm using it's best attributes, the optics.
