Backyard Fern
Lens: Pentax A 50mm f1.7 Camera: K-3II Photo Location: Granite Bay, CA ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/2000s Aperture: F1.7

These fern leafs are obviously in decay, but the colors add interest to the photo.

Polypody Fern. It reproduces via spores(those black spots in the pic)rather than seeds. Nice clear photo.

Thanks Joel, I have a bunch of these ferns and didn't really understand how they propagate.
