Hummingbird and Bee

Was lucky to capture these two in focus while trying to get a decent in flight hummer shot. This is cropped of course, but it's still 2890X3540 pixels.

We have to use these cameras to get results . Good work .

That's a fantastic photograph you took there. The thing that puzzles me a bit is how did you get motion blur with the wings with the shutter speed at 1/2000s? With such a high shutter the wings should be frozen without any motion blur.

Thank you. According to Wikipedia, their wing beat is between 12 and 80 times per second. I'll let you do the math.

Hummingbirds and bees don't get along too well. I have similar shots, but none that have the both hummingbird and bee in focus. This a terrific shot with excellent focus and colors.
