Nothing to be sorry about ...I'm impressed. From age 16 to 31...I had nothing but manual transmission vehicles ...cars, motorcycles, trucks. I finally caved in to driving automatics when my job required twice daily commutes in bumper to bumper...clutch in, clutch out, neutral to first, to neutral, occasionally second, back to first,or neutral...traffic grid lock drives of about 15 miles one way. Thirty miles per day, minimum. It was a sad day when I bought my first automatic.
A Mustang with a 5 liter (Coyote engine) and 6 speed manual transmission would be a dream.
It really is and they say:

I almost bought two Mustangs. One was a '67 dark green fastback that had been 'bullitized' (as per the Steve McQueen movie) in trim, appearance. It did not have the 390 FE V8, had the 289/225 hp 4 barrel and a 4 speed. I really liked the look of it, but instead bought a '67 Camaro RS Coupe, 327 V8, Muncie 4 speed.

The other Mustang I almost bought was an '89 notchback, 5 liter V8 (302 OHV), AT, low miles, not abused (knew the owner) but I didn't in the end.

Nice ride. Nice photography. When I was in high school my dream car was the 1967 GTO. Mustangs were s close second. Actually never had either but in 1987 I had a chance to buy a 67 GTO convertible (red with white top) for a decent price. As I was legally separated at the time my attorney advised against it saying there was a chance she’d end up with it and I’d still be paying for it. Nothing says mid-life crisis like a nearly 40 year old married man with 2 kids buying a red convertible.

But isn't it supposed to add something to the apendage to enhance your chances of a new and better relationship? Well that's what I heard.

At my age, the problem I have with fast sexy low slung coupes is the same as the problem I’d have with fast sexy low slung women.

Brother of mine wants to know if your 'stang is a 4 cylinder? I can't help him when he asks these kinds of questions, he was born before me.

One of the few sedans Ford will continue to produce for the North American market. That said, it is not really a sedan, is it?

It came with a great anti-theft Car Retrieval system too.
