The Grand Canyon Railway has made limited use of steam in recent years because of pollution issues, but their locomotives have been modified to run off used cooking oil when they are run.

This is a vintage model that's kept around as a historical artefact. I'm sure it hasn't moved in years but they maintain it in good condition.
