a photo doesn't have to be 'perfect' in order to be interesting.

Thanks Fozzfoster ,manishved ,and reh321. I took the photo on saint Patricks day. They were looking down at the parade going past. I cropped the image because the man on the left was obviously the father of the two kids and was in conversation with the man on the right who seemed to be there on an official basis. My observation was based on the fact that the father was pleading with the other gentleman , I originally took the photo because the kids were dressed up for the parade . They were not aware of my presence but as I observed I felt it had something to do with immigration maybe new arrivals in the country. I felt kind of sad. I hope everything worked out for them
