Nice freeze on the propellor blades! Looks kinda awkward though haha if the engine really did stop like that.

Using Tamron 300/2.8 with the 1.4X converter . Im going to start slowing down the shutter & try to get some motion in the props . Also just got genuine Pentax M42 adapter which will allow infinity focus on my Zeiss 200/2.8. I have 2x & 3x multipliers for that combo but they are not of high quality but will give them a shot (pun) . wildherre

Wait, so you need the adapters shaped like the offical pentax ones to keep infinite focus?

How about the common ones that 'cover' the whole kmount? Those keep infinity too?

The ones with a flange like in this pic wont go to infinity .. wildherre

For some weird reason, my monitor at work keeps posterizing your shots. Get home, and it's like night and day. I gotta give my monitor at work a good knocking lol.

Great shots of those planes. I never shot planes before, but a little slower shutter speed should give the planes a sense of motion when you see a slight propeller blur.
