Thanks much, Les. I can't open the link, but I'm betting it involves Mr. Buffett (not Warren ).

It's got a good shine, for sure, EM. Cost a little elbow grease.

Sorry about that. When it comes to transferring pictures or links I'm hopeless, as both my kids can attest.

It's John Williams conducting the Boston Pops, playing the 'Theme from Jaws ' .

"Jaws" never entered my mind.

I was thinking about Jimmy Buffett's song "Fins"

It was the dorsal placement of the fin in your picture, that got me thinking of the lead character in the movie, 'Jaws'. It all goes back to a trans ocean flight I took in the late '70's ....and the in flight movie was 'Jaws' .

That experience .... made an indelible impression on a prairie boy like me.

Here's the song I quoted above.

Jimmy Buffett: Fins - YouTube
Music from when I was a young (well, at least younger) man. This song is from one of my favourite periods of popular music from the mid '60's to the mid '80's...this tune fits right in.

Les

BTW, I like your new BMW M240. Our son has a BMW ...a motorcycle...F 700 G/S that he has had for a couple of years. We just took it in for it's spring service and he was really checking out the new 2019 BMW F 750 G/S. He likes his current Beemer, but the new one has a lot of appeal.

I've ridden his F 700, very responsive...acceleration, handling, braking...well rounded performance...the hallmark of BMW machinery.

Thanks much, Les. I've been driving Bimmers for 16 years as well as Porsches since 2009. I've sampled a lot of other fine cars, but I seem to stick with these two marques. But things may change; there's a new gen 911 appearing in the near future and of course that midi-engine 'Vette which could be very interesting.

I confess that I didn't make the connection on my own - I had to resort to Google. I'm guessing you're talking about SNL???
