Nice shot. Beautifully sharp head and eye. He (she?) stands out nicely against the bokeh. I am still trying to get half way to your level, Rob.

Wow, thank you! I had a depressingly high number of dud photos today, mostly because I was experimenting with other settings on the camera rather than sticking to the settings I usually use. Except for this guy, the birds weren't very co-operative. Actually I had some great views of White-browed Scrubwrens, Brown Thornbills, Red-browed Finches and Silvereyes, but not in circumstances where I could get a good photo. Still, it was fun to watch them feeding.
