Thanks again. Yes, patience is a tremedous part of the recipe. Im a very competitive contrarian individual. When I first started posting on this forum my photos were not good enough - the forum conversations motivated me to produce photos that would demand valued technical, skillful, artistic conversation. I studied other photographers approach to birds in flight photography and did the opposite. If 200mm and 300mm lenses were the most used, I purposely would see how wide of a lens I could use. The forum use to provide more questions and commentary on my approach/methods, but its considerably less now. The lack of commentary provided the necessary affirmation I needed - no news is good news.
