They do what a polariser does, what a Grad ND filter does, and what a ND filter does, except they do it in a completely colour-neutral way and with the most durable package thanks to having the coating sandwiched in-between two panes of thin glass, rather than applied on the exterior of the filter like everyone else. In the Ultra persuasion, they are also polished extremely flat using a 9-hour long cinematic process that makes them the sharpest filters on the market.
