Chicago Skyline.

This is the best I could do, with my travel tripod and trying to avoid the reflections from the glass window on the observation deck.

Don't know if this could have come out better with a better lens or different settings.

I think its a great shot. I'm sure you could spend hours tweaking the contrast or the shadows etc and maybe find minor enhancement, but I certainly found little to complain about on first glance.

Nice shot! You were luckier than me - when I went to the Sears Tower, it was so smoggy that I had to wait until after dark before the view was visible.

Nice shot indeed, I like the tonal scale just as-is. There is some perspective distortion caused by pointing slightly down and maybe some pincushion distortion (Did you apply lens correction?), causing the left tower to lean left. I'm somewhat sensitive to that, so I would correct it. Adding a little synthesized sky left/right would help to avoid cutting off too much in the low corners.

This is all too technical to me ha ha. All I did was mount the Camera on to my travel tripod, kept it in a darker place close to the glass wall, pointing bit down, 2 sec timer, released shutter. I am not sure if lens correction is available for non-pentax lens.

I will check if I can correct it using Photo Shop.

Thanks for your inputs.
