Not a Butterfly.

What we'd call a Paper Wasp because of the nests they make Good shot

Not sure which is more sharp, this photo or it's stinger. One thing is for certain, I'd much rather enjoy the sharpness of the picture than the other! Lovely picture, though it instills a natural worry in me due to the usual bad experiences I've had with various wasps.
