Went hiking today and took some shots. It was my first time using the new 35mm ltd. lens with a circular polarizing filter and the effect on some photos is too big (too much contrast). I'll get used to this combination and perhaps tone down the post processing. The first shot is kind of experimental because I was testing the 10-17 fish and the second one is with the 12-24 that I love so much ... I guess the 35mm will replace that lens in a strange way.

Awesome photos, I really like the first one! But what are those red circles? I don't get it!

Thanks ... those red circles show you the right way on mountain paths. It's quite easy to get lost if you don't follow these.

Great photos. I actually like the slightly high contrast results. The sky looks amazing & rich with colour. The 35Ltd is top of my to buy list.

top middle is my choice .... a little PP to allow a little more light into it .... just great

Beautiful, last time I was in Slovenia was about 8 years ago (and many times as a kid before that). Those red circles bring up a lot of memories. It is a really beautiful country. Were exactly did you take them?

Which polarizer did you use? I have a circular one from the cokin kit, but whenever I try to use it the image in the viewfinder looks very different from the picture.
