Locations like this do bring to the table a very different set of images. I love the abandoned, aftermath, feel that old forgotten industrial installations offer. Being in the industrial construction industry I do worry about the hazards of venturing into such locations. Some site can be deadly (fall & trip, falling debris, rust & puncture issues, and many confined space related issues). Often contaminated air, or lack of air period, in confined spaces can claim a life as fast as the next elussive breath. Even rooms with wide open access points in the ceiling can be deadly as gases heavier than air can sit and occupy the lower regions. One should have proper air quality testing equipment and procedures in place.
We have had a few deaths recently in BC related to this problem. One was an older metal ship. The rust process had consumed all the oxygen and left the internal haul of the ship a potential death trap. I believe two workers died, and 2 firemen that went in to search for them. It was a silent and not very obvious death trap. The second incident was mining related. A site was shut down, but required personal to enter a small above ground building on a biweekly basis. The building lacked ventilation. I believe we lost one worker and 2 ambulance people.
Not to take away from you photos, or come off sounding like a worry wart, but everyone should be aware of the hidden dangers that can not been seen.

I wouldn't go in there without high tech armor, and some sort of plasma weapon... you don't know what kind of aliens / enemy is lurking in any 1st person shooter maze...

Amazing / Scary. As you can see from my last post it reminded me so much of playing Unreal Tournament that I had to photoshop one of your shots. Very cool, now, don't do it again .

Wow! Where exactly was this?

Those kinds of scenes just beg for HDR treatment if you bring a tripod.
