Taken somewhere near Killarney Falls, at a Cafe. I am assuming these weird birds were owned by the proprietors.

Nice shot of these strange birds. We actually had some on our ranch when I was a kid. They made some obnoxious calls, but they were fun to have running around the yard.

Thanks Todd. I actually saw them running - they sure got a bit of steam up once they got going!!

My wife grew up on a farm here in Iowa where they had guinea fowl. I believe they are indigenous to Africa. Not sure if they were brought to the United States to consume insects, are for a diversion.
