I thought the colors in this image were pretty amazing. The light hitting the center of the flower made it look almost as if the bee was on a bed of hot coals.

Thanks, Todd. The vertical petals pretty much dictated the composition. Most of the time, the composition needed will reveal itself early on, but this particular scene left me searching.

Excellent color rendition.

You've done well to keep the reds from over saturating, which I always have problems with on the really bright tones.

Nice colors and composition. The flower looks to be incandescent. Makes me feel a bit anxious about the bee.
