Fall colours in Quebec
Posted By: bdery, 10-16-2008, 04:39 AM

Sure, Quebec gets one of the worst winters around... not that I'm complaining. But we also get the most beautiful Fall colous available. This year's been a real inferno of reds, yellows and oranges. Here's for your viewing pleasure. The first ones were shot while hiking up mount Ste-Anne, 45 minutes from Quebc city, the others in a park near home in the suburbs.

C&C welcomed!

Wonderful. I wish I could have visited such a place. Great colors and great captures too.

Thanks for the good words.

Paxye, that's lesson #1, never leave without a camera (in your case, at least bring the G9!) :P

I'm in Rochester currently (NY), flew by chicago. If what I saw is any indication, colours are just startig to change in that area. I hope you get there when the reds are full!

thanks for your kind words.

Truly beautiful countyside, and photos. It is something we really only see in pictures here in Aus. Nearly all Australian trees are evergreen. Mores the pity, from a photographers point of view.
