My neighbor, a delightful 92-year-old woman, has a very photo-op rich back yard, and the old Vivitar came through once again.

Thanks, Kevin. Yep, that old lens was so danged good, I almost cried when I sold it. But, my aging eyes began to like auto focus a lot, so it now has a new owner. I think using a monopod added greatly to the sharpness. I NEVER leave home without it.

Kevin, in spite of what some old guy might have said a long time ago about sharpness being a bourgeoisie concept, I'm constantly in search of all the sharpness my equipment can provide. There's a place for artistic blur but this wasn't one of them.
