Chase Creek in Autumn
Posted By: aitrus3, 10-18-2019, 06:30 AM

This is a small horizontal panorama with each frame shot in portrait. I also did 8x shots for each frame so I could stack and get the longer water exposure. I don't have a 77mm ND filter for the Pentax 14mm lens so to get long exposures I have to stack. Would definitely prefer not to though!

Chase Creek in fall is beautiful. Autumn has to be one of my favourite times of the year by far. Not sure why, but I've always loved it. That's one of the reasons I chose to get married in autumn.

Hope you enjoy the image!

Look for a used 15 with some scratches on the body, it will be cheap but you have to be patient.
Maybe when life gets back on track. Can't afford a simple filter or other accessory at the moment.

Wow, really seamless stitching and stacking, nice job.

Thanks! It helps with an L bracket for the pano. It would be even better if I had a proper nodal slide to get the pivot point exact, but it's close enough.
