Morning traffic on Route 101 Northbound, Los Angeles, California. This year, traffic was a breeze, it took me only 2 hours to get from San Bernardino to Malibu via Interstate-10 and the 101. Last year the same trip took 6 hours ... lol!

Typical LA traffic. I remember when rush hour was from about 7am to 9am & then 3pm to 5pm during the week. Traffic actually moved during rush hour. Before or after those hours, the freeways were almost empty!

Now it's Sunday morning at 3 AM & there's bumper to bumper traffic everywhere. Forget the carpool lane. You're screwed there too, especially on the weekend. OK. I'm exaggerating here a bit, but you get the gist of it.
