Thank you all for the feedback. Heliphoto, as a long time slide photographer, I have learned visual discipline, because with slides, there are no corrections - what you see is what you get. I agree that some photos can use adjustments, especially with respect to colour casts (the overcast skies produce bluish images in shade -like areas, forest canopy, etc.), but these are simply resized and posted.
Gawan, yes I had a wonderful three days. I would have preferred overcast skies and to have arrived one week earlier. I missed out on Algonquin park with its sweeping vistas and rolling highlands. But missed opportunites is just an invitation to return.
