A fellow driver, Debbie and I met up to swap trailers and loads at a rest area on the Ohio Turnpike. I got up before she did, and her deaf dog was peeking out at me through the curtain.

Debbie's husband, Jason, is also a driver, but drives a different truck. He also has one of those dogs, some kind of Terrier. The deaf one is much more endearing, it warmed right up to me, Jason's dog not so much.
