Nice Rob.
I did not realise that the water dragons were the Gippsland colour in Canberra.

Sharp! Is that the one that runs on his back legs like the road is on fire? Whatever it is it looks angry. :P

I'm guessing that most animals are like cats, not having the muscles to move the face around very much - although the muscles of cats have been repurposed - the ones we use to move the face around they use to move just ears, as I learned when I got some medicine I'm supposed to rub into the ears of our 16-year-old cat.

Neither did I until recently! The Eastern Water Dragon is found down to about the Illawarra, and the Gippsland Water Dragon south of that.

If it was shown on TV, it might have been a Frilled-Necked Lizard, but they are only found in the far north. Running on the hind legs may be something many Dragons can do. However, as it happens, an Eastern Water Dragon is the only lizard species I've actually seen run on its hind legs, so perhaps you did see video of it.

True, lizards are necessarily angry, they're just built that way!

Yes, I think he may have recently shed his skin judging by how bright the colour is.

What a beautiful animal!

And I think there is more than one suitable crop in there to confuse enough people for the question: "Lizard skin or cobblestone pavement?"
