What Lies Beyond?
Lens: Super Tac 50mm f:1.4 Camera: Pentax Spotmatic Photo Location: California

This image was taken in the late 60's, right after I was discharged from the Navy. I was prowling around an old, abandoned farm house in the San Joaquin Valley of California.

I love the textures here.. The peeling paint and shadows. An old image of an old object. Great!

Oh I really like this. A bit spooky, a bit vintage. Well composed, perfect exposure, all around excellent.

Nice one Dewman. I agree with all of the above. And a particularly fitting image for today.

Thanks for all the comments and compliments. It's rather odd how one can recall things that happened over half a century ago. I can still recall the smell of that old, musty, dusty house, with the wind blowing through broken windows. There is now a convenience store where the old house used to be located.
