studying dendrology in the past these are beautiful trees , if there not native to North America , then I have know idea what there are , only thing coming to mind is some sort of Ash ?, which the leave seem to have an alternate arrangement .

Sorry can't really help you with a tree ID... but these get pretty tall with 3 to 4 feet trunks on 'em.
