Since Piatra Craiului are my favorite mountains (I've started my hiking trips here), I thought I could post here some of my favorite pictures that I've taken in the national park over the last few years.

It's actually not that high. Highest elevation in the massif is 2,238 m (7,343 ft). But the ascension is quite steep and the ridge is difficult and can get very messy in bad weather, still you definitively don't need oxygen.

Those are some excellent photos of a really beautiful place. Very well done!

The sun hitting the rock in the third one, that beautiful black&white fourth photo and those lovely animals. So much to enjoy! That shelter although probably really effective is quite funny.
