Terrific composition and colors! I love how that background color works with the flowers and foliage.

Did you use a placed background to get that, or was thee a wall or something? I like how it resulted in pop for the image and negative space.

This was taken back in August of 2018 so I do not recall the name of the flowers. Thank you very much for your comment.

There was/is a wall there with a special type of lighting this business enterprise had placed there for some reason. So I took advantage of it. " I came, I saw, I conquered."

There was a little problem with banding, but fortunately it somehow managed to work its way into a positive effect. After uploading this image today, I took another look and

decided to tone down that dingy upper right corner. Basically it could go either way so it was six of one and half a dozen of another. Thanks very much for all the glowing

comments. I will have to ask my better half what type of flowers these are and will report back.

Ooops!! I'm afraid you will have to go back and read my response to the commenter before you. Thanks very much for your positive feedback. Greatly appreciated.

I love the contrast in this picture. It's stunning! It feels natural and yet ... over? Under? saturated at the same time.

Yes, I do understand your perspective on the image. Difficult to imagine everything there is au Natural as the saying goes. But, it is.

Thanks very much for your comment.

I noticed the vignetting but I think a little bit gives an antique atmosphere and a nice pop to the flower in this case.

I just thought of using a background when I saw this. Makes me want convert an old music stand maybe, or just recruit a helper with some construction paper.

I would say that both ideas are quite practical.
