Face is slightly out of focus dang it, but I still like it.

Good decision with black and white. I like the flat lightning on the subject. What was the light source?

Thanks!! The light was an open wall of the smithy where the spectators stand.

I was going to say that he looks like a Dwarven Smith from LOTR. It's a great shot, and B&W definitely suits the scene.

Great Image, reminds me of the classic image of " The Prospector" , A hard proud man. Nicely Captured!

well done, bw suits him at this size face isn't out of focus. i like his gaze, the eyes seem looking into the void.
