We cross the prairies ..all three of them... a number of times a year. I always keep my eye open. Remember once on the Yellowhead highway a few years back....we saw a big cow moose...munching contentedly in the middle of a field of canola. Got the pix, not too far away was an old Ukrainian Orthodox church (domed)....got that shot too. Think it was just past the Manitoba border...a bit into Saskatchewan.
Congrats on your award.
Thank you. If you venture north of the Yellowhead you will find hundreds of abandoned and rarely used Ukrainian Orthodox and Ukrainian Catholic churches. It's One of my favourite photo subjects.

Yes it sure is. I can't provide for the family by selling my one year membership but it does put a smile on my face and there's nothing wrong with that. Thanks for the kind comment.
