Quite well done. Perfect symmetry in the shot, well lit, nice PP job. Great all around.

Yep. Seems they'll munch on just about any insect they want to. Posted this one awhile back.
This is also an excellent shot! Some time ago we had one in our garden which I checked on regularly and photographed with different prey species. So one day I was looking for her again only to find she had been taken by a jumping spider! It's a dog eat dog situation in nature.
Best.

This is a very good picture, you were lucky to be in the right place at the right time and Pentax was with you fortunately

Thanks Charlie. Yep. From a distance a garden is quite the peaceful setting. But up close? A dangerous place for the creatures that live there.

Dave, that's one of the most incredible series I've ever seen. From the initial thought of "Ah ha.... a meal!:.... to "Got'cha!" Great patience and an amazing capture. Bravo.

Thanks Dewman. I probably spent more time in the garden with camera in hand than I should have last summer. Now I'm playing catch up with the yard work.
