It's actually a LED panel light shot through a diffuser set low and pointing up at the figures inside. You can see the light shinning through the air vents just to the left of the door just above the plant leaf. I hadn't notice it was in the shot but it isn't all that noticeable and this was the best of the group of shots I took.

Ha! I see them now. Never noticed them before! Looks like it could be another soldier hiding in the shadows.
